Meet Niki Hane
I grew up watching the women I loved struggle with their weight. Even in college, I vowed to prevent this and earned a degree in Health Ecology with a concentration in Bio-Kinesiology. I thought I knew it all and practiced what I preached about 95% of the time. Boy, was I wrong, because the system is wrong.
By the age of 35, I was already showing early signs of my family's struggle with heart disease, airway disorders, poor sleep, digestive issues and skin issues. I knew I had to do something about it.
The signs and symptoms of our future health concerns are there decades before most identify them. I firmly believe that the patient is the doctor of the future. It's about moving beyond quick fixes and pills for every ill, to nurturing sustainable, healthy habits that support lifelong wellness.
